Pat Bare – Firearms Safety Instructor
Pat Bare in West Kelowna, British Columbia is dedicated to responsible safety training, and specializes in all aspects of firearms for beginner to advanced students. Pat offers personal one on one instructions, classroom instruction such as the CORE program and Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC) and the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course (CRFSC) which prepare people for getting their Possession and Acquisition Licenses (PAL) for Non-Restricted and Restricted Firearms. Class size is limited to ten students to ensure that you get the attention and hands on practice you need to pass the tests. All training is done at Pat’s home at 2128 Ridgerock Place, West Kelowna, British Columbia

- Department of Justice – Canadian Firearm Safety Course (CFSC/CRFSC) Instructor/Examiner (40 years)
- British Columbia, Conservation and Outdoor Recreation Education Instructor / Examiner (45 years)
- Have been reloading ammunition for over 57 years for every firearm that I have ever owed.
Duncan Kowk (West Kelowna) - Firearms Safety Instructor
Duncan is a certified Instructor/Examiner for Canadian Firearms Safety Course / Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course that is CFSC / CRFSC. These courses are necessary and successful completion is required to apply for a PAL license. (Possession & Acquisition License)
Also a certified Instructor / Examiner for the BC Wildlife Federation’s C.O.R.E program. (Conservation Outdoor Recreation Education
A life-long enthusiast, Duncan has over 50 years experience with firearms & reloading, hunting & outdoor recreation.
Currently a life time member of the Central Okanagan Shotgun Sports Club (COSSC)
